San Antonio Country Day Montessori School accepts applications for students age 2 ½ years – 6th grade regardless of race, color, creed, religion, or national origin. The following forms are available for download:

• Enrollment Application form
• Authorization for Emergency Treatment form
• Field Trip Authorization form
• Immunization form

Formal registration begins in February and is ongoing until all class sizes are realized. Waiting lists are maintained and when openings become available, students, in order taken, will be called to fill the opening.
